Free Wi-Fi and GREAT breakfast. Free parking nearby was provided. We liked the fact that we chose romance. There's no complaints, we would definitely book here again.

Nothing to fault.

The room is lovely, it is in a pedestrian area. We could visit one of our favorite spots trang tien bridge near the hotel. Pool and garden bar were there.

the room itself was good.

The atmosphere - very noisy in the lobby and in the breakfast. A lot of variety in breakfast, but water and coffee had a terrible taste, and some things looked bad (french fries for example - looked like the oil really had to be changed). The 4 internet points were always occupied by around 6-7 kids playing games. The staff wasn't nice. and the main thing is that after this night, I slept in 2 other hotels in hue, and for the same price I got a way much better experience! including room (internet in the room), breakfast and staff service..... different world.

Location: Very central. Room: Very nice, big and we had a Jacuzzi in the bathroom (904 room number). We had a double bed and and a single bed in our room (so room for 3 persons in reality). WiFi: Available and very good. Breakfast: Very nice view with big range of food. Language: They could speak good English and were very friendly.

Bathroom: The water pressure was very low. Too bad for a good shower.

The staff.

Advertised as having a gym/spa. They had neither. However they were very apologetic and did taxi me to a sister hotel which did have a gym/spa and taxied me back...

Breakfast was very good and the view was wonderful.

Good location, nice and clean room, near many restaurants, free internet.

Knowledge of the English language of the staff is very, very limited, which makes it difficult to have a good basic conversation with each other.

A fantastic place to stay!Fantastic 4* accomodation with 5* staff! This was the most pleasant hotel out of 9 total that we stayed in throughout our six week trip in Asia. The hotel was lovely and the staff were exceptionally willing to make our stay an enjoyable one. Some facilities were unavailable on arrival but a letter of explanation and apology explained the reasons for this. The hotel sorted out a tour for us and provided a value for money taxi service to the local airport. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Good position and the pool facility was excellent. The staff were very helpful when we had to catch the bus to leave.
